"The white skirt is slightly see through, but can be easily resolved. It has two layers of tulles and a layer of lining. The outer layer has polka dots make of some sort of felt material. The tulles are not hemmed at the bottom. I like that the lining layer is longer than many skirts for sale. It is just above my ankle. the skirt is not static and the lining helps the outer layer holds its shape and not stick to my legs The skirt has a zipper, so the fit is much better than elastic band skirts and the silhouette is beautiful. Very flowy skirt. I bought is during the sale, so well worth the money. The shipping was tracked."
